1 // DISCOVERY

We'll discuss your business and user goals. This FREE consultation + questionnaire will help to identify the core essentials of your branding, website, or UI/UX project. It's also a two-way interview to ensure we're on the same page.

2 // DIGITAL HANDSHAKE

Once I understand your business and user objectives, I will email a proposal for review. If everything looks good a signed proposal and deposit from you, will be accepted by me, as our digital handshake. Now the fun begins!

3 // DEFINE

I will curate a mood board for you to approve. This is to confirm I understand your creative vision. Any existing imagery and content you have to contribute to project will be collected at this time. For UI/UX projects the DEFINE phase will also include user research, creating user personas and mapping out user flows.

4 // DESIGN

After step 3 // DEFINE, I'll begin drafting the initial design concepts for your review. Digital projects will receive one concept for review. The UI/UX concepts will iterated upon after testing/user feedback. Logos + branding projects will get at least 3 concepts for review.

5 // REFINE

What did and did not work for you? Let's fine tune! If the 1 // DISCOVERY + 3 // DEFINE steps were done successfully, only a few rounds of refinement are needed to finalize the perfect design. If more time is required, we'll discuss hourly billing options.

6 // DELIVERABLE

Once we hit the mark it is time to share it with the world! You will walk away with a new brand, website, user interface or user experience deliverable—SUCCESS! New design assets and a project summary will be sent to you via email or DropBox.

WIN // WIN

Solid communication and outlined expectations lead to successful projects. This design process ensures we don't waste time playing guess and check—we have businesses to run!
